* To report to Sales Manager
* Receive and process customer orders accurately in a timely manner
* Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and delivery information
* Liaise with Kitchen & Logistics departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
* Key sales orders and print collaterals for upcoming events
* Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing enquires and providing product/service information
* Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and messages
* Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Assist the sales manager in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations
* Coordinating sales meetings and appointments, including managing calendars and scheduling
* Minimum one year of experience in telemarketing, customer service or other related experience
* Outgoing, cheerful, and self-motivated
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player and good customer service skills
