The Patient Service Associate (PSA) provides frontline administrative and customer service support in a restructured hospital, ensuring smooth clinic or ward operations. Key responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, financial counselling, and managing medical records. They assist with patient enquiries, facilitate smooth patient flow, and support healthcare professionals in daily operations. PSAs must adhere to hospital policies, ensure data confidentiality, and maintain service excellence. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in hospital systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Preferably at least a Diploma under local Polytechnic.
• Candidates with GCE 'O' or 'N' Level required at least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
