We are looking for retail staff for StarShield, a subsidiary of Challenger.

11:00am – 9:30pm (Full Shift)

11:00am to 4:30pm (Half Shift)

4:00pm to 9:30pm (Half Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the helpdesk of StarShield at Challenger Stores.
• Assess customers’ needs and feedback to determine potential issues/fault with their electronic devices.
• Provide advice to the customer concerning their device issues and login a service ticket for service repair.
• Collect electronic devices and store it in orderly manner for repairs.
• Liaise with supervisor on any extended support or service required.
