We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is key to managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting HR initiatives that deliver a positive experience for candidates and employees alike.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment

Support the review and implementation of recruitment policies and best practices

Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring activities

Support recruitment campaigns and workforce planning initiatives
Employee Lifecycle Management

Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and program coordination

Coordinate offboarding processes for resignations and exits

Ensure a smooth and engaging experience throughout the employee journey
Training & Development

Liaise with department heads to identify training needs in alignment with performance reviews and business goals

Research and source relevant training programs and workshops
-
Maintain accurate records of training activities, certificates, and attendance
Employee Engagement

Support planning and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives

Assist in organizing company events, wellness activities, and internal communications to foster a positive work culture
HR Projects & Research

Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices to support continuous improvement

Assist in the planning and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
-
Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience
HR Administration

Provide general HR administrative support as required
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
-
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related fields

Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
