Job Description
Focused Areas
- Reception , Meet & Greet Visitors, Call transfer, Courier Svc coordination
- Daily Mails collection, stamping and distribution
- Maintaining Pantry, all Conference Rooms setup and bookings
- Support in Events Management, Parties
- Support in Inventory management (Stationery, pantry items, general sundries)
- Support in upkeeping of HR related files, document archive
- Support in employees Onboarding & Repatriation procedures, Flight ticketing
- Other general HR & Admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Cheerful, responsible and able to work efficiently
- Computer literate
