Job Description

Focused Areas

  • Reception , Meet & Greet Visitors, Call transfer, Courier Svc coordination
  • Daily Mails collection, stamping and distribution
  • Maintaining Pantry, all Conference Rooms setup and bookings
  • Support in Events Management, Parties
  • Support in Inventory management (Stationery, pantry items, general sundries)
  • Support in upkeeping of HR related files, document archive
  • Support in employees Onboarding & Repatriation procedures, Flight ticketing
  • Other general HR & Admin duties as assigned

 

 

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Cheerful, responsible and able to work efficiently
  • Computer literate
