DJBH Global is looking for an experienced BIM Modeller who has strong Architectural/Structural engineering skills to design different types of buildings, residential and non-residential, and high-rise buildings along with experience in Team handling, coordinating with different clients, understanding their needs and accordingly managing teams to deliver the same on time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop accurate 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software. This includes architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the model reflects the intended design and complies with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Utilize the BIM model to analyze the design and identify potential issues before construction begins, saving time and money.
• Generate and manage documentation derived from BIM models, such as drawings and specifications, to be used by the construction team.
• Participate in coordination meetings to discuss model progress, make revisions, and update models based on feedback from team members.
• Integrate various discipline models into a comprehensive project model, ensuring compatibility and interoperability between different software used by team members.
• Ensure all models are compliant with industry standards, such as ISO 19650, and project-specific BIM requirements.
• Provide BIM software training and technical support to team members as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of modeling and data analysis.
