We are looking for an experienced Assistant Program Manager for our AI/Gen AI Adoption across all MediaCorp digital products and solutions.
Successful candidate must demonstrate solid project management experience and proven technical knowledge on to incubate and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) products and solutions that re-engineer / transform our business and functional capabilities in the media industry. You will collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle to adopt and/or build AI/ML technologies to exponentially elevate our productivity and efficiency that provides great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop implementation plans for entire project life cycle from a conceptual phase to full implementation
- Drive technical discussions, facilitate meetings, track progression to establish key features, milestones, and deliverables for the projects
- Collaborate and manage external services providers to design and scope out AI/ML solutions
- Provide direct technical expertise for AI/ML related opportunities
- Leverage knowledge and experience to solve cross-organizational issues and remove blockers
- At least 2 years’ experience directly involved with project management, software delivery and/or technical implementation and working and implementing AI/ML Products and solutions
- Experience with Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools and practices and ability to distil information and communicate directly with stakeholders
- Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud Infrastructures, technical depth in shaping and designing AI/ML architectures and infrastructure with aptitude of working on multiple projects in parallel
- Candidates who have prior experience in Generative AI projects in Media & Entertainment industry is a strong plus
- This is a one-year contract position, with a review towards the end to discuss potential extension and the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role
