North is Chef Eyal Shani's newest full-service restaurant, specializing in highlighting the flavors of Israeli cuisine in its simplest form. The kitchen prepares everything in-house and the menu changes daily to reflect what's fresh & new each day. The menu features fresh, seasonal vegetable small plates paired with larger fish and meat dishes designed to share.

Job Description

We are looking for energetic Front of House Staff who can interact well with guests and delight in bringing the #MiznonStyleVibes to the world

 

Responsibilities

  • Attend to the guests’ needs in a prompt and timely manner to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction;
  • Possess basic food menu and presentation standards to ensure ;
  • Directly interact with guests to ensure a top-quality experience for each and every guest;
  • Maintain complete knowledge of drink menu items, including wine, champagne, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available;
  • Prepare drinks as per preparation method, preparation time, ingredients, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation SOP;
  • Prepare and replenish par levels for ingredients, garnishes, glass ware etc to prepare for service
  • Clearly and politely communicate with guests
  • Communicate respectfully and clearly with service team
  • Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service
  • Ensure consistent level of satisfaction for all customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure seamless level of operations in the restaurant
  • Provide good customer service to every customer

 

 

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills
  • Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere, which is crucial to the experience at North

 

Additional Notes:
  • Working Hours: 11.30am – 10.30pm / 5pm – 1am
  • Working Days: 5-day work week
  • Location: Amoy Street
  • Closed on Mondays
