- 负责几间专柜的营业表现、人事事项、服务水准、食物品质等各个方面。
In-charge of a few outlets’ sales performance, human relation matters, service and food quality etc.
- 维持服务生的纪律， 解决冲突， 保持团队的士气。
Maintained crew discipline, resolve conflicts, and maintain crew morale.
- 确保进行着适当的工作流程和工作的质量。
Ensure proper workflow and the quality of the work being conducted.
- 订货、接收与检查货物。
To replenish, receive and check stocks.
- 检查与维持准备好及未准备好的食品的品质，并妥当地储存这些食品。
Check and maintain the quality of prepared and unprepared food and ensure proper storage of these items.
- 确保每个人都接受适当的培训， 并在需要时提供任何额外的培训。
Ensure everyone has proper training and any additional training if needed.
- 遵守个人卫生及遵守风险管理事项。
Adhere to personal hygiene and adhere to Risk Management matters.
- 向顾客正确地收款并尽力提升营业额。
Collect accurate payment for orders and tries to increase sales.
- 依照安排开档及收档，包括准备工作、清洗工作等事项。
Opening and closing of the outlet as and when scheduled, including preparation, washing etc.
- 维持存货记录。
Upkeep all inventories records.
- 监督食品的品质，并教导摊位助手正确的程序。
Check on quality of food production by instructing the correct procedures of standard recipes to stall assistants.
- 确保摊位助手能够遵循他们的工作职责，包括但不仅限于优质的服务、食物的高品质，安全措施等。
To ensure that stall assistants comply with their JD, including but not limited to excellent service, ensures high food quality, safety measures etc.
1. 烹煮食物前，准备好食材。
2. 清楚并依照标准作业流程进行烹饪。
3. 提供优质服务，与客户保持良好的关系。
4. 订货、接收与检查货物。
5. 检查与维持准备好及未准备好的食品的品质，并妥当地储存这些食品。
6. 确保专柜里面与周围的清洁及卫生。
7. 遵守个人卫生及遵守风险管理事项。
8. 向顾客正确地收款并尽力提升营业额。
9. 依照主管安排开档及收档，包括准备工作、清洗工作等事项。
