Job Description
- To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established.
- To report any service related issues, escalations or failures to the supervisor.
- To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status.
- To perform proper follow up procedures on all expedited shipments.
- To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.
- To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.
- To update shipment status into the system.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least an A-Level/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, preferably in Logistics field
- Proficient with Excel
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the logistics industry. However, entry level graduates are encouraged to apply, if you possess the right attitude to learn.
- Must have initiative, drive and work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player.
- Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast pace environment.
- Well-developed inter-personal and analytical skills
- Highly motivated and successful individual who can build and maintain a positive, challenging and dynamic work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team environment
