Job Description
  • To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established.
  • To report any service related issues, escalations or failures to the supervisor.
  • To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status.
  • To perform proper follow up procedures on all expedited shipments.
  • To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.
  • To update shipment status into the system.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an A-Level/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, preferably in Logistics field
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the logistics industry. However, entry level graduates are encouraged to apply, if you possess the right attitude to learn.
  • Must have initiative, drive and work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player.
  • Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast pace environment.
  • Well-developed inter-personal and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and successful individual who can build and maintain a positive, challenging and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well in a team environment
