Job Scope

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living like feeding, showering, toileting, elimination and transfer of clients.
• Active participation and assist to carry out individual care plans of clients assigned as in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Conduct individual and small group activities as planned by clinicians or supervisor.
• Assist in meeting diet requirements of clients and meals setup for clients and assist in safe preparation of food (example cutting, blending, reheating).
• Assist clinicians in care of clients like vital signs monitoring and reminder of medications when requires.
• Escorting clients between centre and other destinations with or without transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the premises including equipment, furniture and tools when requires.
• Proper documentation and safekeeping of centre records.
• Assist with basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning and clearing of body discharges and waste disposal.
• Adherence to audits, centre policies and trainings.
• Provides cross coverage to colleagues or deployment to other centre/s when need arises.
