· Ensure that employee’s information is up to date and regularly maintained in the system.
· Tracking and monitor employees’ attendance, leave and claims.
· Assist to prepare monthly employee payroll. This includes the monthly calculation and verification of work and overtime hours and to prepare the necessary documents for the annual income tax submission for all employees.
· Maintain and upkeep all HR related documents, Basic Food Hygiene, records and report in an organized manner.
· Provide administrative support to the team.
· Assist to shortlist and arrange candidates for interview
· Provide support with the insurance application and processing
· Prepare and refresh orientation materials and conduct orientation for new employees.
· Onboarding process job applications, offer of employment, work pass applications, etc.
· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
