• Kitchen Equipment: Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.

• Team Accomplishment: Assist teams in completing tasks within the designated time frame.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that your designated areas of responsibility are clean, tidy, and well-organized.

• Purchasing and Receiving: Assist in the daily purchasing and receiving of goods to maintain inventory.

• Inventory Management: Participate in monthly inventory counts and record food wastages.
