Job Description

  • Supervise and manage a team of Traffic Controllers, Customer Service Representatives and Breakdown Team to ensure smooth day to day operations
  • Monitor department's efficiency, performance of Customer Care Representatives and suggest process improvements to improve Team's productivity, reduce errors / eliminate wastage of resources
  • Bolster company's bottom line
  • Deployment of drivers - assign appropriate replacement vehicle for scheduling and ad hoc assignments
  • Ensure all drivers follow and adhere to safety instructions and road traffic rules at all times to achieve zero accident
  • Coach and assist traffic controllers on drivers' daily deployment
  • Ensure availability of all idle vehicles are ready for rental
  • Accountability of assets e.g. motor vehicles and keys
  • Ensure new rental and returned vehicles interior and exterior are thoroughly cleaned
  • Ensure vehicles are in good condition prior to delivering to customers
  • Full responsibility of vehicle fleet and maintain proper records of vehicle movement
  • Resolve professionally all matters relating to vehicles, accidents and breakdown
  • Ensure compliance and enforce policies and procedures
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years relevant supervisory experience (automotive industry advantageous)
  • Class 3 driving license
  • Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays
